My stay here was decent. The room I had was tidy and elegant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating in managing every request. That hotel was in a marvellous location, near local market. Moreover, it was just off the centre of Karnobat and the shops and banks...
Their staff were useless.

Appreciated my 4 nights stay. There was amazing food, the staff was really helpful and affable. Location: the hotel was not far from the restaurant, and the centre of Karnobat. It also was in the city center.
